The D-Vise is a patent-pending muzzle device that reduces group size (dispersion) typically by 30% – 50%.
- Testing has produced examples of reduced group size ranging from 12% to 80% and positive results on every rifle tested.
- Sensitivity to ammunition type and load is greatly reduced.
Results can be proven with a clear, easy, and statistically valid test method using 20 – 40 rounds in most cases.
The D-Vise can be used on rifles with or without threaded barrels and is available with a threaded muzzle cap for attaching other barrel accessories.
The D-Vise can be attached, removed, and reattached without damage to the barrel or barrel finish.
The D-Vise is NOT a barrel tuner or suppressor. Once it is installed, there are no adjustments to be made and it does not reduce the rifle sound.

The D-Vise Alpha is identical to the D-Vise except for the cosmetic details on the outside. The corners are not as rounded and there is no center groove. These are from a limited first production run. They are being offered for use on threaded barrels only and with either the threaded or non-threaded muzzle caps. As a limited first production run, they are being offered at a discount, but when they are gone, they are gone.
WARNING: The 1/2-28 threaded muzzle cap is intended for use ONLY on .223 caliber / 5.56 mm rifles. The bore is slightly smaller than the other versions of the muzzle cap which, in certain circumstances if it is used on larger calibers, could lead to a bullet impacting the muzzle cap resulting in serious injury and/or death.
It is highly recommended you purchase an Installation Kit with your first D-Vise.
- If you are buying your first D-Vise, you must also get an installation kit. You will not be able to install it without the kit.
- If you want to get another D-Vise to install on another rifle of the same caliber, you do not need another installation kit.
- If you want to get another D-Vise to install on another rifle of a different caliber, you do not need another installation kit, but you do need another set of gage pins.
The Assembly Block and Installation Tool are designed to minimize the risk of cosmetic damage to the D-Vise during installation and removal. Similarly, the Removal Tool is designed to remove the D-Vise with minimal risk of cosmetic damage. While these items are not absolutely required to assemble the D-Vise onto your firearm or remove it from your firearm, failure to use them will void your product warranty, as it is highly likely cosmetic damage will occur. These items may be purchased once and reused on multiple D-Vises. Replacements may be purchased separately if needed.
WARNING: You cannot assemble the D-Vise correctly and safely without the correct size gage pins. The required gage pins are precision ground with a diameter tolerance of +/-0.0001 inch. Do not attempt to substitute anything else to verify the correct bore diameter during the installation. Failure to follow this requirement could result in serious injury and/or death.
